Rick Wolff is an author, sports psychologist and expert on the issue of Youth Sports. Thanks to Overlook Hospital, he is coming to Summit to share his wit and wisdom. With spring and summer sports seasons just around the corner, many Summit adults involved with youth sports are concerned about how to foster a healthy perspective, so our children have more fun, deal effectively with performance pressure, and develop not only athletic skills but self-esteem.
